Why check depreciation?

Knowing how fast a car loses value changes how you buy, sell, or hold.

Smarter buying decisions

Two cars at the same price today can be worth very different amounts in five years. Pick the one that holds value.

Plan your hold period

See where on the depreciation curve you sit today, and judge whether to sell now or hold and wait for a better moment.

Compare like-for-like

Put two cars side by side and weigh trade-in offers, dealer quotes, and listings against Raqam's depreciation tool.

About these estimates

Depreciation rates here are calculated from a combination of machine-learning models trained on local market, region-specific so the curve reflects how Qatari buyers actually value each car. These models do not decide the final depreciation rate of any vehicle. RaqamQatar's prediction may be partially or fully wrong, and the estimate you see is a machine prediction, not a quoted price. Accuracy is highest for cars that are popular in Qatar. Rare models, luxury and ultra-luxury trims with add-on packages, exotic and hyper-cars, niche sports cars, and vehicles with sentimental value are likely less accurate because the training data is thin and the model can't see that context. Cars from 2026 or with near-zero mileage may also be less accurate while new-car price context is still being built up. Warranty status and accident history are partially accounted for, but outliers remain. The estimate here does not imply the final value of any car — the model tracks the overall market behaviour, not your specific transaction.
